- 2Perform behind-the-chair services including shampooing conditioning styling blowouts hot tool toner treatments
- 3Apply products per guest requests and drive revenue through additional services memberships
- 4Maintain cleanliness merchandising inventory and asset security standards
- 5Drive revenue by increasing average service tickets and selling unlimited roots memberships subscriptions home hair care
- 6Take proactive approach to master color theory and behind chair application skills
- 7Communicate regularly with guests through consultations and conversations
- 8Adhere to Madison Reed systems policies procedures and protocols
- 9Stand walk bend twist manipulate fingers and hands reach up to ten pounds sit kneel lift push pull
- 10Contribute to monthly sales goals and key performance indicators
- 11Ensure Hair Color Bar meets company standards
Requirements11
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2Entry level experience in customer service retail sales salon beauty industry preferred
- 3Effective communication strong problem solving people skills fast-paced retail salon environment
- 4Fluent in English
