What You'll Do8
- 1Deliver hair cutting, coloring, and styling services that match client needs and current trends
- 2Consult with clients to understand their goals and recommend appropriate services and products
- 3Maintain a clean and organized workstation, following sanitation guidelines
- 4Promote and sell retail hair care products to boost salon revenue and client satisfaction
- 5Attend ongoing training and coaching sessions to refine techniques and stay current
- 6Build a repeat clientele through excellent service and client relationships
- 7Collaborate with the salon team to create a positive and supportive environment
- 8Manage your schedule efficiently to balance client appointments and walk-ins
Requirements7
- 12+ years of professional cosmetology experience in a salon setting
- 2Valid cosmetology license in Minnesota
- 3Proficiency in hair coloring, balayage, and precision cutting
- 4Experience with Olaplex, Redken, and Schwarzkopf products
- 5Strong consultation and communication skills
- 6Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
- 7Commitment to continuous learning and education
