What You'll Do14

- 3Maintain exceptional class quality and product standards
- 4Pursue continuous growth by mastering The Little Gym program and child development
- 5Lead team trainings focusing on program quality energy and teamwork
- 6Communicate clearly via Slack email and in-person interactions with staff and district manager
- 7Participate in weekly leadership meetings to share insights and improvements
- 8Understand and manage key KPIs and financial goals to boost enrollment and profitability
- 9Ensure gyms remain clean safe and organized for families
- 10Build strong family relationships through consistent communication and customer service
- 11Create and manage staff schedules balancing coverage labor costs and flexibility
- 12Follow a five-day work week with occasional weekend adjustments
- 13Have a passion for sales promoting camps birthday parties and retail items
- 14Drive enrollment growth while maintaining high member retention rates

- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
