Lead Coach Gymnastics Denver
Overview
Seeking Lead Coaches to lead toddler and preschool classes on Thursday 3:00-5:30 and Saturday 8:30am-12pm with optional extra hours. Noncompetitive studio with small ratios 1:7 and 1:6. Clear lesson plans aim for success each class. Coaches guide warm up three circuits floor beam bars and Tumbl Trak. This is about ownership of classes and making them fun.
What You'll Do5
- 1Coach and demonstrate skills detailed in each weekly lesson plan
- 2Class management including enforcing safety rules
- 3Provide positive feedback to help students grow both skills and confidence
- 4Engage with parents to discuss their childs development and address concerns
- 5Be playful and silly while keeping students on track
Requirements5
- 1Gymnastics coaching experience required
- 2Strong teaching skills with ability to engage and motivate children
- 3Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate well with parents and children
- 4Pass a background check
- 55+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
Salary Insight
$48 - $56k per year
