Guest Services Representative, Healthcare Front Desk & Spanish Bilingual
Overview
Own guest experience at Valleywise Health System by greeting patients and visitors and guiding them to destinations. scale: onsite, 20 hours per week with varied shifts in Phoenix AZ. You’ll collaborate with the Manager of Volunteer & Guest Services and support staff to maintain a calm, welcoming atmosphere. This role stands out by combining in-person hospitality with basic clinical flow awareness and Spanish bilingual communication.
What You'll Do5
- 1Build rapport with guests and identify needs to provide a seamless visit
- 2Guide guests to appropriate destinations and aid in navigation within the facility
- 3Log interactions and route requests through internal software to support smooth operations
- 4Maintain a positive first impression with patients, visitors, and staff and escalate issues when needed
- 5Provide bilingual support in Spanish to enhance accessibility and service quality
Requirements5
- 1High school diploma or GED required
- 21+ year of customer service experience; healthcare experience preferred
- 3Spanish bilingual Associate Certification strongly preferred
- 4HeartSaver or CPR certification preferred
- 5Basic PC experience in Windows environment and ability to use internet and internal software
