What You'll Do11
- 1Be the welcoming face of assistance and meet and greet guests
- 2Operate in Guest Services Areas to guide visitors within and outside the facility
- 3Provide detailed information about local attractions and amenities
- 4Complete administrative tasks such as retail transactions and printing
- 5Manage scooter and wheelchair rentals
- 6Stay connected via two-way radio for seamless communication
- 7Initiate contact with guests within 10 feet while radiating positivity
- 8Offer solutions to guest complaints and follow up for satisfaction
- 9Embrace interacting with large groups or addressing individual needs
- 10Maintain meticulous customer service focusing on detail-oriented magic
- 11Perform additional duties as needed to support facility operations
Requirements11
- 1At least six months of customer service experience
- 2Previous point-of-sale experience preferred
- 35+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 4Strong communication skills in English with excellent telephone etiquette
- 5Ability to interpret schedules and maps
- 6Professional appearance and strong interpersonal abilities
- 7Excellent listening and response skills to guest inquiries
- 8Manual dexterity and eye-hand coordination
- 9Independence and positive attitude in a busy environment
- 10Ability to work with diverse groups and collaborate effectively
- 11Self-motivation and flexibility for immediate changes
