What You'll Do11

- 2Assist with tray setup and food preparation as directed by supervisors
- 3Stock unit pantries using CaterTrax and sign off completion sheets
- 4Maintain patient courtesy scores above 90 percent through professional interactions
- 5Demonstrate fire safety protocols and proper chemical handling procedures
- 6Scan patient trays during kitchen processing and delivery
- 7Clean work areas and delivery carts daily
- 8Report meal service issues promptly to team leaders and managers
- 9Provide hand sanitizer wipes before meal service and encourage their use
- 10Operate coffee stations to ensure fresh hot beverages for patients
- 11Assist with tray line setup and cover other units during breaks
Requirements11
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2High School graduate or equivalent work experience required
- 3Basic knowledge of tray identification systems and patient menu programs
- 4Ability to communicate effectively in writing and orally
- 5Strong teamwork and time management skills
- 6Common sense application of detailed instructions
- 7Sensitivity to diverse patient backgrounds and cultural considerations
- 8Knowledge of HACCP program including temperature danger zones and sanitation
- 9Proficiency with Safety Data Sheets and proper PPE usage
- 10Experience with fire safety regulations and chemical storage
- 11Dedication to maintaining a 90 percent courtesy score
