What You'll Do11

• 1Hello with Energy! : Welcome every Guest within 3–5 seconds with confident energy, eye contact, and a genuine smile, using their name and complimenting their choice.
• 2You Bring the Flavor : Act as the Guest’s flavor expert by asking engaging questions, recommending sauces and sides, and sharing favorite items to guide their flavor journey.
• 3Plus Up the Service : Anticipate needs before Guests ask, providing napkins, refills, and extras while double‑checking every order for accuracy.
• 4End on a High Note : Thank every Guest sincerely, highlight their order, and invite them back with a memorable farewell.
• 5Operate the POS system quickly and accurately while staying engaged with the Guest.
• 6Process cash, credit, and digital transactions in line with Wingstop’s policies.
• 7Manage online, phone, and third‑party delivery orders, ensuring smooth handoffs.
• 8Keep the counter, dining area, and beverage stations clean, stocked, and welcoming.
• 9Refill drinks, clear tables, and maintain a comfortable environment for all guests.
• 10Support teammates by running food, handling Guest requests, and assisting in other areas when needed.
• 11Partner with kitchen teammates to ensure food accuracy and speed of service while following all food safety standards.
