What You'll Do21
- 1Monitor and respond promptly to inbound SMS and email responses generated from marketing campaigns
- 2Engage prospective and returning guests in helpful conversations that guide them toward booking
- 3Answer questions provide recommendations and remove friction in the decision-making process
- 4Manage multiple guest conversations simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and professionalism
- 5Represent the brand in every written interaction ensuring tone messaging and values remain consistent
- 6Deliver thoughtful personalized communication rather than generic replies
- 7Encourage guests to complete bookings identify opportunities to upsell services packages memberships or add-ons
- 8Use consultative selling techniques to match guests with the best experience for their needs
- 9Log conversations and outcomes in CRM and scheduling systems
- 10Track conversation activity booking conversions and upsell performance
- 11Maintain organized records of customer interactions and outcomes
- 12Provide regular reports on messaging performance and guest inquiries
- 13Share insights with marketing and operations teams to improve campaigns
- 14Strong verbal and written communication skills
- 15Customer-focused mindset with empathy and patience
- 16Confidence in explaining technical or medical-related services
- 17Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- 18Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Requirements8
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2High school diploma or equivalent required
- 3Associate or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- 4Proven experience in call center environments preferably in beauty wellness hospitality or service industries
- 5Familiarity with scheduling software and CRM systems (HubSpot preferred)
- 6Experience managing customer communications via SMS email or chat platforms
- 7Not eligible for Visa Sponsorship
