Requirements8
- 15+ years experience as a Licensed Esthetician or Cosmetologist
- 2Certified in waxing techniques through EWC
- 3Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
- 4Strong communication skills with a friendly demeanor
- 5Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- 6Commitment to maintaining professional appearance
- 7Experience in performance-based environments
- 8Willingness to commit to ongoing training programs
