What You'll Do9
- 1Build a personalized waxing plan that aligns with guest preferences
- 2Perform full body waxing using industry‑standard techniques
- 3Drive product knowledge and educate clients on benefits
- 4Maintain a clean and organized treatment area
- 5Communicate clearly about pricing and service options
- 6Collaborate with senior specialists to resolve complex cases
- 7Upsell complementary products during each session
- 8Track client feedback and suggest process improvements
- 9Adhere to strict safety protocols and sanitation standards
Requirements9
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons leading cosmetology teams
- 3PA Licensed Esthetician or Cosmetologist
- 4Ability to work with others in a fun fast‑paced environment
- 5Reliable transportation
- 6Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
- 7Part time or full time commitment
- 8Commitment to customer satisfaction
- 9Strong communication skills
