GTM Engineer San Francisco MLOps Infrastructure
Overview
We seek a GTM Engineer to lead our US developer community and community presence from scratch. You will own events and grow networks through authentic technical evangelism. This role builds a known name in the SF AI-infra scene.
What You'll Do6
- 1Own and run the SF developer community from zero including hosting bi-weekly meetups that become the go-to event for the ML-infra crowd
- 2Work AI-infra meetups hackathons and conferences building a visible personal brand and network across the Valley
- 3Be the connector introducing people together and turning relationships into community momentum
- 4Evangelize credibly through talks blog posts social content and short demo videos rooted in real community insights
- 5Instrument community and product signals Mixpanel GitHub CRM and enrichment tools into automated flows enriching scoring and follow-up
- 6Serve as eyes and ears in the Valley identifying what people are building what frustrates them and who is evaluating what feeding intelligence back into product and GTM strategy
Requirements9
- 11-3+ years in DevRel community building growth or developer-facing GTM roles with proven event hosting and conversion outcomes
- 2Ability to demo and explain Python frameworks live to technical audiences reading and understanding code working with APIs and communicating technical concepts to ML engineers
- 3Experience building and scaling developer communities or running technical events from zero with growth in attendance and engagement
- 4Proficiency with modern GTM stack tools CRM platforms data enrichment tools like Clay API integrations and basic automation workflows
- 5Experience instrumenting and measuring community/event initiatives using product analytics Mixpanel or similar GitHub signals and CRM data to track pipeline and ROI
- 6Demonstrated ability to create and distribute technical content blog posts demo videos social media that resonate with developer audiences
- 7Proven ability to convert manual one-off community activities into repeatable scalable measurable systems
- 8Comfortable operating in a self-directed early-stage environment with minimal hand-holding
- 9Based in San Francisco or willing to relocate on-site only
