Groundskeeper, Property Grounds & Maintenance at RPM Living
Overview
Own daily upkeep of multifamily property grounds and exterior spaces at scale, ensuring safety and cleanliness for residents. Collaborate with maintenance teams and contractors to uphold property standards and deliver a welcoming environment. This role blends hands-on outdoor work with basic administrative and communication tasks to support property operations.
What You'll Do9
- 1Build and perform basic landscaping including trimming, pruning, watering, and monitoring irrigation
- 2Ship preventive maintenance tasks and report issues to the Maintenance Manager to uphold property quality
- 3Assist in make-ready preparation by removing trash from vacant units and ensuring clean, ready spaces
- 4Document maintenance activities and provide clear status updates to residents and supervisors
- 5Collaborate with maintenance, other departments, and contractors to ensure seamless property upkeep
- 6Assess safety and cleanliness standards and ensure regulatory compliance
- 7Maintain grounds cleanliness, deliver notices to apartments, and support interior and exterior painting as needed
- 8Operate tools such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and irrigation systems with proper safety
- 9Keep shop organized and manage supply needs for ongoing maintenance
Requirements5
- 1High school diploma or GED at least preferred
- 2One to three months related experience and/or training or equivalent
- 3Ability to walk, stand, climb stairs or ladders, bend or kneel, lift up to 50 pounds
- 4Basic Microsoft Office Suite experience
- 5Onsite position with flexible weekday, night, and weekend hours
