Groundskeeper, Irrigation & Landscape Maintenance
Overview
Own the upkeep of the office grounds for a Phoenix facility with irrigation, planting, and lawn care at a full-time, onsite role. You’ll manage sprinkler systems, plantings, and seasonal landscaping while working independently or with a small team. This position emphasizes hands-on irrigation repair and controller programming in a warm climate. What You'll Do10
- 1Build and maintain lawns, shrubs, and flower beds to a professional standard
- 2Operate mowers, trimmers, edgers, and blowers safely to keep grounds pristine
- 3Adjust, repair, and troubleshoot sprinkler systems and irrigation controllers
- 4Plant, prune, and replace plantings appropriate for Phoenix climate
- 5Inspect and maintain grounds equipment and perform minor repairs as needed
- 6Mow, edge, trim, and fertilize lawns to promote healthy growth
- 7Organize garden shed with tools and supplies for quick access
- 8Clean up and trim trees, shrubs, and flowers to maintain curb appeal
- 9Ensure overall property cleanliness and outdoor safety for staff and visitors
