Green Room Server HOB Entertainment
Overview
HOB Entertainment, a division of Live Nation Entertainment, seeks a dynamic server to support the Production Manager by delivering exceptional hospitality and customer service to artists and crews. This fast‑paced role involves handling high‑volume dining experiences while maintaining strict confidentiality and operational excellence.
What You'll Do16
- 1Anticipate and respond to guest needs
- 2Respond to guest concerns/complaints regarding food or service and correct errors with a positive attitude
- 3Organize and prioritize service per appropriate service sequence
- 4Take menu beverage and bar orders from artists and communicate orders to kitchen and/or bar through micros terminal
- 5Check food orders prior to serving to ensure correctness presentation and special requests
- 6Deliver food and beverages to artist
- 7Perform opening/running/closing duties according to HOB policy
- 8Maintain line of sight/atmosphere control by circulating through work area throughout shift
- 9Remove dirty plates glasses etc from green rooms after artist completion
- 10Clean spills on tables or around work area
- 11Maintain HOB safety and sanitation standards
- 12Provide knowledge of all music promotional or special events in the house
- 13Provide production coordinator with proper documents for accurate catering cost calculation
- 14Communicate last minute menu changes or dietary restrictions to kitchen staff
- 15Ensure dressing rooms are set up with agreed rider and in‑house items upon band arrival
- 16Remove all traces of previous occupants and keep room clean
Requirements8
- 12-5 years high volume experience in restaurant operations
- 2Skill in guest relations
- 3Wine & Liquor knowledge
- 4High School Diploma
- 5Transportation to retrieve items as needed
- 6Responsible Alcohol Awareness Training Certification or equivalent
- 7Physical Demands working environment is fast‑paced requiring extended periods of prolonged standing and working on your feet
- 8Ability to lift or move up to 25 lbs using proper lifting techniques
