Grants Management Analyst Guidehouse
Overview
Lead grant programmatic assistance to support community initiatives addressing domestic violence and related issues. This role guides the Program Specialist POC through the grant-making lifecycle ensuring timelines are met.
What You'll Do8
- 1Respond to programmatic queries from management and program staff
- 2Support grants management and grant program administration collaborating with program specialists associate directors finance staff and DOJ stakeholders
- 3Assist staff with ad‑hoc programmatic requests throughout the fiscal year
- 4Track programmatic monitoring activities
- 5Develop process improvement strategies including process flows templates and narratives and provide recommendations to the Grants Development and Management Division
- 6Perform data analysis to support programmatic inquiries and ad‑hoc reporting needs covering performance results financial status audit support and compliance
- 7Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data needs recommend appropriate formats and interpret results to inform program decisions
- 8Partner with stakeholders to establish efficient repeatable processes that produce standardized reports reflecting client impact on mission goals
Requirements10
- 1Obtain and maintain DoJ PUBLIC TRUST prior to onboarding
- 2Active PUBLIC TRUST or suitability preferred
- 3Bachelor’s degree in business finance or related field
- 4Four (4) or more years’ relevant consulting and/or related experience in federal government grants financial management budget or human capital
- 5Strong preference for Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- 6Familiarity with UFMS JustGrants or similar systems
- 7Experience evaluating business processes and procedures employing best practices to improve procedures
- 8Experience performing gap analyses of existing policies and procedures
- 9Advanced analytical and written skills and Microsoft 365 proficiency
- 10Ability to understand client needs participate within a team environment and communicate effectively
Salary Insight
$98 - $163k per year
