Overview
Own a full-desk recruitment role in Southlake, Texas, sourcing and placing Skilled Trades professionals for U.S. manufacturers. You'll manage your own client base, drive revenue through LinkedIn outreach and calls, and build long-term relationships. Backed by a 6-month training plan and clear progression to Senior and Team Lead roles, this is a sales-driven environment where earning potential scales with performance.
What You'll Do6
- 1Build a client base across Food & Beverage, Plastics, and Automation manufacturing, winning new business through LinkedIn, email, and cold calls.
- 2Manage and grow existing client accounts, advising on market salaries and hiring strategy.
- 3Headhunt and place maintenance, electrical, and mechanical professionals for production and engineering roles.
- 4Run the full recruitment cycle from vacancy intake to offer and placement, ensuring a smooth process for clients and candidates.
- 5Develop a pipeline of candidates and client relationships, focusing on long-term partnerships.
- 6Drive revenue on your desk, hitting monthly targets and maximizing commission through uncapped earnings.
Requirements6
- 1Recent graduate in any degree, with preference for Business, Sales, Marketing, or Engineering.
- 21+ year in sales, customer service, or hospitality, a plus.
- 3Strong communication skills and confidence speaking to people at all levels.
- 4Competitive drive and motivation to earn through performance-based incentives.
- 5Resilient mindset and willingness to learn in a target-driven role.
- 6Comfortable working onsite in Southlake, Texas, Monday through Friday.
