Overview
MorningAfternoon Guest Services Specialist at Five Iron Golf in New York City. Seeking energetic individuals to deliver exceptional hospitality across sports bars restaurants and entertainment venues. This role reports directly to the GM of Performance and focuses on guest engagement through service simulator training upselling and maintaining clean guest-ready spaces.
What You'll Do11
- 1Deliver exceptional service to guests ensuring a fun and enjoyable experience
- 2Check in with guests at the bar and assigned simulators to verify satisfaction and resolve concerns
- 3Develop comprehensive knowledge of golf simulators to guide gameplay selection and explain data outputs
- 4Organize golf bag storage manage equipment and perform basic simulator maintenance and troubleshooting
- 5Acquire and maintain knowledge of products services technology lessons leagues and memberships to confidently sell and cross-sell
- 6Provide informative tours of the facility highlighting Five Iron standards for guest engagement
- 7Present menus answer beverage questions make recommendations and apply upselling techniques
- 8Use point-of-sale terminals to enter orders and process payments accurately
- 9Serve food and beverages promptly while keeping simulators and surrounding areas clean and ready
- 10Follow health and safety regulations regarding food handling alcohol service and cleanliness
- 11Verify guests legal drinking age
Requirements8
- 1Golf server or hospitality experience encouraged
