What You'll Do11
- 1Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- 2Lead daily and periodic tasks in assigned areas
- 3Issue cleaning supplies and equipment to janitorial staff
- 4Take inventory of cleaning supplies and report depletion
- 5Adhere to security procedures and notify management of issues
- 6Provide training and guidance to janitorial staff
- 7Resolve conflicts between staff efficiently
- 8Attend meetings and in-service training sessions
- 9Perform janitorial duties during staff shortages
- 10Maintain proper GMP documentation with clear handwriting
- 11Ensure adherence to all cleaning protocols
Requirements9
- 1Proven janitorial lead experience
- 22-3 years manufacturing cleaning experience
- 36 months to 1 year advanced cleaning skills
- 4Ability to lift 50lbs
- 5High school diploma or equivalent
- 6Excellent organizational and communication skills
- 7Customer service expertise
- 8English language proficiency
