Global Security Center Operator - Corporate
Overview
MGM Resorts seeks a Global Security Operations Center Operator to monitor and assess risks across the company. This role involves gathering and analyzing security information from multiple sources to support decision-making and crisis communication. Candidates will collaborate with corporate partners to protect people property and operations.
What You'll Do5
- 1Support Protective Risk Assessment program by collecting and analyzing information from security teams law enforcement public sources and social media
- 2Review security incident reports to identify trends and highlight key issues for leadership
- 3Use critical thinking and sound judgment to provide assessments and recommendations to property and department leadership
- 4Create tailored crisis communications using information from property security teams and other sources
- 5Partner with Corporate Security Officers Corporate Investigators and Senior Security Management on sensitive matters
Requirements6
- 1Age 18 years or older
- 2High School Diploma or GED
- 3Two years of prior relevant experience in Security Law Enforcement or a legal profession
- 4Strong research skills including use of databases and social media platforms
- 5Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to present to diverse audiences
- 6Ability to work various shifts including weekends and all holidays
