Overview

You will own GSOC shift operations for a high-profile customer, directing a team of operators and incident response at scale. Reporting to the Account Manager, you will manage daily security monitoring, enforce procedures, and drive compliance across local, national, and international standards. This role stands out for its blend of operational leadership and technical troubleshooting, with CCURE and Genetec at the core.

What You'll Do10

  • 1Direct the day-to-day GSOC shift, ensuring all procedures and protocols are followed, and manage operator schedules for full coverage.
  • 2Coordinate the team's response to incidents, from monitoring CCURE and Genetec systems to dispatching emergency services and stakeholders.
  • 3Oversee daily monitoring of security systems and intelligence feeds, ensuring compliance with client policies and regulations.
  • 4Audit GSOC processes and documentation, identifying improvements and reporting gaps to the Account Manager.
  • 5Ensure all operators meet training requirements, executing onboarding checklists and retraining sessions as needed.
  • 6Maintain and enforce Standard Operating Procedures, updating them to reflect evolving threats and organizational needs.
  • 7Troubleshoot CCURE and Genetec issues, coordinating with the system team for resolution.
  • 8Complete performance metrics for each operator, against client-established standards.
  • 9Act as the primary point of contact for security incidents, ensuring timely resolution and complete documentation.
  • 10Coordinate with internal teams and external emergency services, facilitating clear communication and effective response.

Requirements10

  • 12+ years of verifiable Global Security Operation Center experience.
  • 22+ years of verifiable security experience, with 6+ months in a security role.
  • 31-2 years of experience as Shift Lead or Supervisor.
  • 42+ years of technical writing experience, documenting procedures and reports.
  • 52+ years using CCURE and other surveillance tools like Genetec.
  • 6Valid driver's license held for over one year with a clean record, plus a valid guard card if required by Arizona DPS.
  • 7High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 8Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and able to operate radio, telephone, and console monitoring equipment.
  • 9Able to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods, and work outside in varying weather.
  • 10Must meet one: active military, reserves, National Guard, auxiliary police, police cadet, or a bachelor's degree in Emergency Management, Communications, IT, Political Science, Criminal Justice, or related field.
