What You'll Do22
- 1Manage end-to-end print production and logistics for assigned theatrical marketing campaigns
- 2Partner with Creative Media Publicity Finance Legal Procurement agencies vendors and logistics providers to develop production schedules
- 3Oversee production timelines approvals quality control and delivery of outdoor in-theater promotional and print materials
- 4Coordinate domestic and international shipments inventory tracking proof of delivery and issue resolution
- 5Support premieres conventions publicity events and award campaigns
- 6Conduct vendor visits and press checks to ensure quality standards
- 7Manage relationships with print production logistics and creative vendors
- 8Support campaign budgeting through vendor estimates pricing validation and cost tracking
- 9Partner with Finance to manage purchase orders invoices accruals and budget reporting
- 10Develop reporting KPIs and dashboards to monitor campaign performance vendor effectiveness and operational metrics
- 11Identify opportunities to improve vendor performance reduce costs and streamline operations
- 12Serve as a builder and enabler by leveraging AI automation and modern workflow technologies
- 13Design build and maintain operational solutions using ChatGPT for Work Airtable Microsoft Power Platform and other low-code technologies
- 14Develop dashboards reporting tools automations and operational applications to improve campaign visibility and decision-making
- 15Partner with internal stakeholders to pilot and scale technology-enabled solutions
- 16Evaluate emerging technologies and implement scalable solutions to modernize operations
- 17Provide mentorship to the embedded Coordinator supporting the Print Advertising & Logistics function
- 18Develop and maintain SOPs workflow documentation and operational best practices
- 19Offer day-to-day guidance and mentorship to the embedded Coordinator
- 20Foster a collaborative accountable continuous improvement-focused team environment
- 21Develop and maintain departmentally consistent standards for vendor invoice processing data extraction reporting documentation and quality control
- 22Drive operational excellence across cross-functional teams
Requirements12
- 1Bachelor's degree in Marketing Advertising Graphic Design Business Administration Operations Management Supply Chain Management Information Systems or related field
- 25+ years of experience in marketing operations print production logistics project management Creative Marketing or related field
- 3Experience managing complex marketing campaigns across multiple stakeholders and vendors
- 4Strong knowledge of commercial print production manufacturing logistics and fulfillment
- 5Experience managing budgets purchase orders invoices and vendor relationships
- 6Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
- 7Experience with Airtable Smartsheet Microsoft Power Platform workflow automation or comparable low-code platforms
- 8Demonstrated aptitude for learning emerging technologies and translating business challenges into practical scalable operational solutions
- 9Ability to develop dashboards reporting and operational analytics
- 10Excellent communication and relationship management skills with ability to influence cross-functional partners
- 11Self-starter with strong customer service skills adaptability and continuous improvement mindset
- 12Flexibility to support theatrical release schedules including occasional travel
