GES Picker - Seasonal Warehouse (Baltimore)
Overview
You own order picking and trailer loading in Frito-Lay's automated GES warehouse. Working a seasonal E shift in Baltimore, you handle up to 50-pound cases with Pick-To-Light and Vulcan Audit accuracy checks. The team runs a state-of-the-art facility with WCS and ACE machines. This role builds a path to permanent warehouse positions.
What You'll Do8
- 1Pick product on the GES automatic belt using Pick-To-Light and Vulcan Audit to ensure every case is correct
- 2Load trailers by cart or floor-stacking, meeting performance time standards
- 3Audit and fix problem cases with label and scanning issues, using the WCS to manage system faults
- 4Operate the ACE case erector and monitor label printers to clear jams and route cases accurately
- 5Run carton recycling: sort, bail, and load cartons back into the GES system
- 6Complete certifications in GES task areas and perform autonomous maintenance as assigned
- 7Support weekly inventory counts and participate in team training sessions
- 8Maintain housekeeping and sanitation in the warehouse and trailers

- 2Lift 15-50 pounds with or without accommodation
- 3Stand and walk for extended shifts with or without accommodation
- 4Climb, bend, reach, stoop, kneel, and stretch for extended periods with or without accommodation
- 5Work at heights using ladders and in extreme temperatures, humidity, and loud areas with slippery surfaces
- 6Willing to work weekends, holidays, and off shifts
- 7Available to work the E shift in Baltimore, MD (onsite)
