Overview

You will own operational and administrative support across all departments at Stalwart Insurance Brokers, a national life insurance brokerage handling high-complexity client situations. You will assist senior staff and the executive team with daily operations, manage operational data, track KPIs, and drive process improvements. What You'll Do8

  • 1Assist staff and managers in daily operations and strategic initiatives across all departments.
  • 2Support the executive team in planning and executing operational and strategic initiatives.
  • 3Manage operational data, track KPIs, and provide insights to guide strategic decisions.
  • 4Streamline operations by supporting and improving business processes to enhance efficiency and scalability across departments.
  • 5Identify and implement process enhancements, automation opportunities, and best practices.
  • 6Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations and resolve issues.
  • 7Track and report on key performance metrics to support decision-making.
  • 8Support compliance and risk requirements within the organization.

Requirements6

  • 11-3 years of experience in operations or administrative support, preferably within the life insurance, banking, legal support, or financial industry.
  • 2Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • 3Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with clients and team members.
  • 4High attention to detail and accuracy in managing documentation and processes.
  • 5Professional demeanor with a strong client-centric focus.
  • 6A proactive self-starter with problem-solving abilities and a willingness to learn quickly.
