What You'll Do8
- 1Review and process incoming life insurance applications for accuracy and completeness.
- 2Partner with agents to obtain missing information and resolve application issues.
- 3Serve as point of contact via phone and email for agents, partners, and internal teams.
- 4Enter and manage application data in proprietary systems with precision.
- 5Submit applications and contracting paperwork to carriers on time.
- 6Track and calculate recognition points for submitted applications.
- 7Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve workflow and service.
- 8Support high-volume processing while maintaining quality and urgency.
Requirements10
- 11-2 years experience in processing, administrative, or case management.
- 2Proven ability to meet productivity and quality standards.
- 3Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- 4Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication.
- 5Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- 6Typing speed of at least 50 WPM.
- 7Analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
- 8Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external partners.
- 9Insurance industry experience preferred.
- 10Experience with workflow or case management systems preferred.
