What You'll Do12
- 1Interact with crew members and customers with a fun and welcoming attitude
- 2Recruit interview and hire team members to ensure adequate staffing levels
- 3Oversee training and provide continuous positive feedback for team members
- 4Create weekly work schedules and manage scheduling conflicts for all team members
- 5Manage daily functions of the café including product prep making food and smoothies serving customers and completing daily and weekly cleaning duties
- 6Manage ordering and inventory for all products
- 7Monitor sales growth and cost control of the café against the budgeted expectation and historical performance
- 8Communicate and stay updated on all marketing and promotional materials
- 9Maintain equipment and facilities through a preventative maintenance program
- 10Present a consistent professional image of the café and crew by maintaining cleanliness and appearance standards
- 11Follow all safety and security policies set by the brand
- 12Ensure food quality and 100% customer satisfaction

- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons managing restaurant teams
- 31 year required managerial experience as General Manager
- 4Day shift availability required
- 5Night shift availability required
