- 9Recruit hire and train management and crew members
- 10Build strong bench for shift leadership coverage
- 11Coach team members on service standards food safety and efficiency

- 13Manage performance conduct evaluations and address employee relations issues
- 14Deliver fast friendly and efficient service to domestic and international travelers

Requirements6
- 15+ years of QSR or high-volume restaurant management experience
- 2Proven track record managing $2M+ annual revenue
- 3Strong knowledge of food cost labor management and inventory controls
- 4Experience leading large teams
- 5Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings late nights weekends and holidays
- 6Must be eligible to obtain airport security clearance
