General Manager, Restaurant Operations & Hospitality Leadership
Overview
Oversee daily restaurant operations across multiple Schlotzsky’s locations including Grand Prairie Cedar Hill Forest Hill Eastchase and Hudson Oaks. Lead staff, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and drive profitability at scale. Collaborate with kitchen and suppliers to maintain quality and launch menu items and events. Drive a positive culture and high performance through coaching and robust processes.
What You'll Do10
- 1Build and guide front and back of house teams to deliver consistent guest experiences across locations
- 2Design and implement strategies to improve profitability and operational efficiency with measurable results in the first 90 days
- 3Monitor inventory levels and control costs through precise inventory management and vendor coordination
- 4Train and supervise staff on food safety, service standards, and customer engagement to maintain top ratings
- 5Create a positive work environment by fostering teamwork and providing coaching and support to staff
- 6Coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery of food and beverage orders and cost negotiations
- 7Handle guest complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly to protect brand reputation
- 8Collaborate with kitchen staff to develop new menu items and specials aligned with guest demand
- 9Plan and organize banquets or special events to drive incremental revenue and guest engagement
- 10Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain high cleanliness standards
Requirements8
- 1Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role
- 2Strong knowledge of inventory control, coffee, bartending, culinary, and food service management
- 3Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- 4Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on providing an outstanding dining experience
- 5Ability to handle high-pressure situations and make quick decisions
- 6Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively manage multiple tasks
- 7Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food service industry
- 8Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
