- 6Coordinate with regional managers who previously held office manager roles
- 7Optimize patient flow to align with production goals
- 8Manage administrative team and dental assistants
- 9Perform daily huddles and inspections for alignment
- 10Collaborate with compliance provider success sales and facility support
- 11Solve daily situations that could impact patient experience
Requirements5
- 13-5 year management experience in dental field
- 2Familiar with OSHA and HIPPA compliance standards
- 3Experience with OpenDental management software
- 42 plus years experience as a training facilitator
- 5Strong leadership and communication skills
Salary Insight
$70 - $131k per year
