Requirements9
- 1Minimum of 7 years progressive hands‑on leadership in commercial construction operations
- 2Demonstrated experience taking full ownership of P&L management and operational budgets
- 3Direct experience building and defending detailed construction estimates
- 4Proficiency in accounting systems and construction project management software
- 5Strong background in job costing percentage‑of‑completion accounting and WIP management
- 6Willingness to manage up to 20% travel for office locations
- 7Active roofing or general contractor license
