What You'll Do8
- 1Select train evaluate lead motivate coach and discipline all employees in the Resort’s Fine Dining Restaurant Capa to ensure cultural standards are met
- 2Be visible in operations provide recognition promote good public relations and handle guest complaints
- 3Describe and ensure quality of all food items ingredients and preparation methods while providing expert knowledge of wine and spirits
- 4Control labor and operating expenses through scheduling budgeting purchasing decisions and inventory cash control
- 5Attend regular operational meetings to ensure coordination between departments
- 6Observe physical condition of facilities and equipment and recommend corrections
- 7Minimum qualifications include a sincere willingness to provide service good organizational skills flexibility weekend availability and legal work authorization
- 8Fluent in English and ability to work independently under pressure
Requirements7
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons experience in hospitality leadership
- 3CPC Card certification preferred
- 4BCBA certification required
- 5AWS Certified experience preferred
- 65+ years managing budgets and labor costs
- 7Comprehensive learning and development programs available
