What You'll Do9
- 1Select, train, evaluate, lead, motivate, coach, and discipline all employees in the Resort’s Fine Dining Restaurant Capa
- 2Ensure cultural and core standards are met daily
- 3Maintain consistent and thoughtful service through staff performance
- 4Provide recognition and handle guest complaints
- 5Describe and ensure quality of all food items and wine knowledge
- 6Control labor and operating expenses via scheduling and budgeting
- 7Attend operational meetings for interdepartmental coordination
- 8Observe facility conditions and recommend improvements
- 9Drive guest satisfaction across breakfast lunch and dinner service
Requirements5
- 12 years experience in Food & Beverage fine dining
- 2Fluency in English and US work authorization
- 3Ability to work weekends and holidays
- 4High work ethic and responsibility
- 5Strong organizational skills and independent work capability
