What You'll Do9
- 1Drive daily store sales and profitability, meeting or exceeding targets set by the Franchise owner.
- 2Lead, coach, and schedule a team of CSRs, Delivery Drivers, and Assistant Managers to ensure peak performance.
- 3Ensure exceptional customer service and quick delivery times, maintaining Domino's standards for food quality and safety.
- 4Manage inventory levels, placing orders for ingredients and supplies, and controlling food cost variance.
- 5Hire, train, and develop your team, preparing top performers for Assistant Manager and General Manager roles.
- 6Create weekly work schedules, balancing labor costs with coverage for lunch, evening, and late night shifts.
- 7Enforce cash handling, banking, and security procedures to protect store assets.
- 8Run local marketing initiatives, leveraging Domino's digital channels to drive carryout and delivery orders.
- 9Complete daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales, labor, and food costs for the Franchise owner.
Requirements9
- 11+ year of experience as a General Manager, Assistant Manager, or Shift Lead in quick-service or fast-food.
- 21+ year of experience managing a team of 10 or more hourly employees.
- 3Proven ability to manage a P&L, including food cost, labor, and sales growth.
- 4High school diploma or equivalent; an associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- 5Willingness to work weekends and evenings, with flexible availability across lunch, evening, and late night shifts.
- 6ServSafe or local food safety certification preferred (ServSafe certification is a plus).
- 7Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer skills for inventory and scheduling.
- 8Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for 8+ hours on shift.
- 9Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for occasional store errands or deliveries.
