What You'll Do10

- 4Receive and process telephone orders, entering them accurately in the POS
- 5Take inventory and complete associated paperwork for ordering and waste tracking
- 6Clean equipment and facility daily, following food safety protocols
- 7Deliver product by car and to the door, navigating multi-story buildings and adverse terrain
- 8Supervise a team, delegating tasks and coaching performance
- 9Manage cash handling and make correct monetary change, balancing the drawer at shift end

Requirements10
- 11+ years experience in a supervisory role in quick-service restaurant (QSR) or food service
- 2High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's preferred
- 3Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and proof of insurance
- 4Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator)
- 5Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders
- 6Motor coordination to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed
- 7Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
- 8Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions
- 9Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person
- 10Navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses within designated delivery area
