What You'll Do8

- 2Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk-in cooler within first 2 hours of shift
- 3Prepare product according to Domino's specs, ensuring quality and speed
- 4Receive and process telephone orders, take inventory, and complete associated paperwork
- 5Clean equipment and facility daily, maintaining health code standards
- 6Direct team during rush periods, assigning tasks and monitoring throughput
- 7Verify cash drawer accuracy and make bank deposits at shift end
- 8Train new hires on Domino's procedures and safety protocols
Requirements9
- 11+ years in a restaurant or retail leadership role
- 2Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly, using calculator
- 3Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders
- 4Motor coordination for precise movements with speed, using keyboard or touch screen
- 5Exposure to varying temperatures, from 36 degrees in cooler to 90+ degrees in work areas
- 6Standing for most of shift, with walking short distances and sitting for paperwork
