Requirements8
- 12+ years in restaurant or retail management, with P&L ownership preferred.
- 2High school diploma or equivalent; ServSafe or food safety certification a plus.
- 3Proven track record of building and leading teams of 5+ people.
- 4Math skills to calculate food costs, labor percent, and cash drawers accurately.
- 5Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays, with reliable transportation.
- 6Basic computer proficiency for POS systems, email, and scheduling tools.
- 7Physical stamina to lift 25-50 lbs, stand for 8+ hours, and work in heat or cold.
