- 4Deliver exceptional customer service, handling complaints and building loyalty in the first 90 days.
- 5Complete all paperwork and reporting accurately, from cash sheets to inventory counts.
- 6Drive store marketing and local promotions to grow sales and community presence.
- 7Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store, passing health inspections and image audits.
- 8Recruit, onboard, and retain team members, reducing turnover through engagement and coaching.
Requirements6
- 11+ years in a manager role, preferably in quick-service or retail.
- 2Proven ability to multitask and make decisions under pressure.
- 3Strong math skills for cash handling and inventory calculations.
- 4Valid driver's license with a clean record and access to an insured vehicle.
- 5Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long shifts.
- 6Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems and Microsoft Office.
