What You'll Do11
- 1Lead a high performing customer service oriented team
- 2Coach and provide feedback to ensure full customer experience alignment with brand strategies
- 3Set performance targets and drive store productivity using Shopify and HubSpot
- 4Plan store schedules matching peak business hours to meet customer demand
- 5Demonstrate luxury retail market knowledge and communicate current advertising and marketing initiatives
- 6Embrace brand messages and cascade company communications throughout the team
- 7Develop business through out-of-store networking and in-store events
- 8Ensure proper stocking cleaning and merchandising of the boutique
- 9Enforce loss prevention and shortage control procedures while maintaining safety standards
- 10Recruit select and onboard store staff
- 11Develop strong bench of managers for future leadership positions
Requirements10
- 13 yrs sales and management experience in luxury sector beauty or fragrance
- 2Exceptional client service/customer experience approach and mentality
- 3Strong leadership skills with ability to coach develop and inspire team
- 4Excellent listener with business acumen and strong interpersonal relationships
- 5Ability to analyze business and identify new functional growth opportunities
- 6Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Word Excel PowerPoint
- 7Experienced in fast-paced entrepreneurial environment while adapting to change
- 8Physical ability to move about store carrying up to 25 pounds
- 9Willing to take on new challenges as they arise
- 10Always maintain shop floor standards taking proactive measures
