- 1Lead by example as a coffee & tea expert driving profitability through coaching and training
- 2Generate new guests by enhancing store presence and connecting with local communities
- 3Manage profitable stores by tracking sales and overseeing day-to-day operations
- 4Create visual merchandising and product placement for memorable guest experiences
- 5Advocate for the brand as the face of CBTL building store presence locally
- 6Mentor Assistant General Manager and staff through knowledge sharing
- 7Balance safety priorities with a focus on safe store environments and healthy employees
- 8Perform physical tasks including lifting grasping feeling talking hearing repetitive motion
- 9Climb balance stoop kneel crouch reach stand walk push pull lift
- 10Work inside and outside handling extreme cold hot temperatures noise hazards
- 11Navigate narrow aisles and operate machinery safely
Requirements11
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2Experience with AWS Certified solutions
- 3Proven track record in hospitality leadership
- 4Strong communication skills for mentoring and customer interaction
- 5Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
- 6Commitment to health and wellness standards
- 7Experience with Kubernetes and containerized systems
- 8Understanding of retail operations and performance metrics
- 9Dedication to fostering positive team culture
- 10Flexibility to work onsite with occasional travel
