Barista/Shift Lead/Store Manager, Los Angeles
Overview
We are seeking a skilled Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for milktea and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do6
- 1Prepare and serve a variety of milktea and fruit tea following company recipes
- 2Operate the POS system and handle cash transactions accurately
- 3Provide excellent customer service including taking customer orders and addressing inquiries
- 4Maintain cleanliness and organization of the working station and dining area
- 5Assist in food preparation and service
- 6Upsell products and promote specials to customers
Requirements7
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons leading teams in retail environments
- 3Payroll experience in onsite settings
- 4Basic math skills proficiency
- 5Friendly demeanor and strong customer service abilities
- 6Knowledge of retail math principles is a plus
- 7Familiarity with food preparation and food service standards
Salary Insight
$40 - $52k per year
