What You'll Do11
- 1Be guest obsessed upholding top-notch standards of excellence and hospitality
- 2Ensure speed of service accuracy and positive guest obsessed experience
- 3Responsible for full employee lifecycle including recruitment and hiring people processes and performance management
- 4Train and develop crew members shift leaders and apprentices using Chipotle’s training tools
- 5Direct team members to deliver accurate and on-time digital orders
- 6Accountable for day-to-day operational business including creating schedules managing P&L controlling sales forecasting recruiting and interviewing
- 7Maintain clean dining room ensure restaurant is always guest ready
- 8Uphold food safety operational and compliance standards
- 9Be accountable for overall financial success achieving annual sales and cash flow plan
- 10Work schedule including lunch dinner and weekend shifts to provide leadership across all hours
- 11Stand and walk 10 hours daily lift 50lbs/25kg and perform other physical tasks
Requirements5
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2Previous restaurant management experience required including scheduling P&L management food safety sales forecasting and recruiting
- 3Creative approach to marketing and driving sales through fundraisers and community engagement
- 4Friendly enthusiastic attitude genuine enthusiasm for people development
- 5Physical ability to stand walk lift 50lbs/25kg and work varied temperatures
