Overview
You own restaurant operations at a high-volume Chipotle, learning to run a multi-million-dollar business. You act as leader on duty, ensuring speed of service, accuracy, and a guest-obsessed experience. You train crew, manage schedules, and drive P&L performance while developing into a General Manager. This role includes 50-hour workweeks, quarterly bonuses, and tuition assistance.
What You'll Do10
- 1Own the guest experience by upholding hospitality standards and resolving issues in real time.
- 2Lead the shift, directing crew to hit speed of service and accuracy goals.
- 3Train crew using Chipotle tools, coaching on food safety and operational excellence.
- 4Ensure digital orders are accurate and on time, managing peak demand.
- 5Run daily operations: build schedules, forecast sales, manage P&L, and recruit talent.
- 6Maintain a clean, guest-ready dining room and back-of-house.
- 7Uphold food safety, compliance, and cash handling standards.
- 8Work 50 hours per week, including evenings and weekends.
- 9Develop your team through feedback and recognition, fostering growth.
- 10Partner with the General Manager to open new restaurants and drive sales.
Requirements8
- 11+ years of restaurant management experience, including scheduling and P&L.
- 21+ years leading teams in a fast-casual or quick-service environment.
- 3Proven ability to train and develop crew members.
- 4Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
- 5Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand/walk for 10 hours per shift.
- 6Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- 7High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- 8Passion for hospitality and a growth mindset.
Salary Insight
