Facilities Specialist Chipotle
Overview
Chipotle seeks a Facilities Specialist to lead restaurant maintenance at the Minneapolis location. This role drives operational excellence across facilities management. The ideal candidate will own preventive maintenance programs and ensure compliance with safety standards.
What You'll Do11
- 1Supervise facility aspects of restaurant management at the market level
- 2Perform facility maintenance and repair through monthly site visits
- 3Formulate preventative maintenance schedules for equipment and systems
- 4Carry out emergency procedures for facility failures
- 5Train managers and staff on maintenance and repair processes
- 6Provide detailed maintenance recaps to Operations Team and Regional Facility Manager
- 7Identify cost drivers and communicate findings to senior leadership
- 8Serve as liaison between restaurants and external contractors
- 9Assist with new store turnover and walkthroughs
- 10Coordinate with Development Department for market initiatives
- 11Maintain accurate facility records and documentation
Requirements9
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2Strong trade knowledge of carpentry plumbing electrical commercial cooking equipment appliance repair
- 3Knowledge of facilities safety regulations
- 4Ability to manage multiple schedules and coordinate work
- 5Effective communication and training skills
- 6Clean Motor Vehicle Report and safe driving record
- 7Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
- 8Two years formal or informal training in facility repair
- 9Experience with restaurant equipment HVAC plumbing refrigeration

$48 - $62k per year
