Facilities Specialist Indianapolis Chipotle
Overview
The Facilities Specialist will own restaurant facilities across the Indianapolis area ensuring safe efficient operations. This role involves leading preventative maintenance programs and coordinating repairs. You will train staff and liaise with contractors to resolve facility issues. The position requires hands-on technical expertise and strong communication skills.
What You'll Do15
- 1Supervise facility aspects of restaurant management at the market level
- 2Perform facility maintenance and repair through monthly site visits
- 3Formulate preventative maintenance schedules for cooking equipment HVAC systems sinks plumbing electrical circuits refrigeration units
- 4Carry out set procedures for facilities emergencies
- 5Train managers crew and staff on managing maintaining troubleshooting and repairing facilities
- 6Ensure consistent adherence to maintenance practices and procedures
- 7Conduct detailed maintenance visit recaps detailing restaurant strengths and areas of opportunity
- 8Identify issues contributing to higher M & R costs and communicate findings to management
- 9Provide guidance on maintaining and updating facility records
- 10Perform equipment and building repairs during emergencies or routine visits
- 11Perform new store turnover 90 day and one year walks punches with contractor and operations team
- 12Serve as liaison between restaurants landlords contractors and vendors
- 13Assist development department regarding Wynkoop and regional market initiatives
- 14Follow all development department guidelines
- 15Complete other duties to advance particular project or resolve business issues
Requirements6
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2Strong trade knowledge of carpentry plumbing electrical commercial cooking equipment appliance repair basic HVAC refrigeration
- 3Knowledge of facilities safety regulations
- 4Ability to manage multiple schedules while planning work
- 5Clean motor vehicle report and safe driving record
- 6Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with two years formal or informal training in facility repair
