You'll own yard operations for a construction company in Buda, TX, handling metal materials and production machinery. Work Monday-Friday with weekly overtime and long-term stability. What You'll Do8
- 1Lift and move metal materials weighing 50+ lbs repeatedly throughout shifts.
- 2Measure materials with a tape to 1/16 inch accuracy for cutting and fabrication.
- 3Operate production machines that cut, bend, or shape metal components.
- 4Stand, bend, kneel, push, and pull for the full shift in an open-air yard.
- 5Assist with general construction yard duties including organizing and staging materials.
- 6Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, hazard-free work area.
- 7Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
- 8Work overtime as needed, extending shifts to support project deadlines.
Requirements6
- 11+ years of construction or general labor experience preferred.
- 2Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for entire shifts.
- 3Comfortable working outdoors in non-climate-controlled conditions, including heat and cold.
- 4Reliable transportation to the Buda, TX worksite.
- 5Pass a 5-Panel Drug Screen (includes THC) and a 7-Year Background Check (case-by-case).
- 6Availability for day (6AM-5PM) or overnight (5PM-6AM) shifts, with overtime flexibility.
Salary Insight
