What You'll Do10
- 1Maintain a safe work environment by following Tyson policies and PPE requirements.
- 2Operate knives and food-processing equipment on a production line.
- 3Pick products from conveyors using a pinch grip and place them into trays.
- 4Arrange products per specifications and return trayed products to conveyors.
- 5Stand and walk 8-12 hours per shift on concrete, grating, or ergonomic platforms.
- 6Lift, push, and pull up to 40 pounds while performing repetitive arm movements.
- 7Work overtime and weekends as needed to meet production targets.
- 8Dress appropriately before arriving at your workstation to maintain sanitation standards.
- 9Use both hands simultaneously to handle product flow on moving conveyors.
- 10Report safety hazards or equipment issues to supervisors immediately.
