As a Games Attendant at Main Event Entertainment, you own the guest experience on the games floor, managing up to 100 games and attractions. - 1Clean and stock game areas, including laser tag vests and Winner's Choice prizes, to meet safety standards.
- 2Engage with guests to recommend games and activities based on their interests, creating memorable experiences.
- 3Monitor attractions like laser tag, mini golf, and gravity ropes for safety and functionality.
- 4Perform minor repairs to games and laser tag vests to minimize downtime.
- 5Assist guests with point redemption questions and prize selections.
- 6Report wear-and-tear or damage to the Technical Team using clear communication.
- 7Execute opening, mid-day, or closing duties, including restocking and sanitation.
- 8Drive guest satisfaction by maintaining high standards of service and cleanliness.
Requirements6
- 11+ years in a guest-facing role is preferred but not required.
- 2Guest-focused mindset with a commitment to exceptional service.
- 3Comfort with technology and a willingness to learn new systems.
- 4Ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively with management and guests.
- 5Availability to work days, nights, and weekends.
- 6Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform minor repairs.
