What You'll Do7
- 1Greet every guest with a warm welcome, setting the tone for a fun visit
- 2Direct guests to activities, games, and dining areas, answering questions on wait times and options
- 3Identify first-time guests and communicate their presence to the team for extra attention
- 4Escort guests to activities, explain safety rules, and assist with table maintenance
- 5Maintain cleanliness and safety standards across the venue, from entry to exit
- 6Thank guests for visiting and invite them to return, building repeat business
- 7Execute opening, mid-day, or closing duties to keep the venue running smoothly

- 1Food Handlers Certification as required
- 2Prior food and beverage experience a plus, not required
