- 1Design and implement digital intake workflows using Epic and Kiosk systems
- 2Lead training sessions for front desk staff on new scheduling protocols
- 3Collaborate with surgeons to optimize operating room documentation templates
- 4Ship accurate medical records through AWS secure cloud platform
- 5Analyze patient flow metrics to identify bottlenecks and propose solutions
- 6Maintain HIPAA compliance during all electronic health record interactions
- 7Develop standardized checklists for surgical instrument preparation
- 8Monitor telehealth platform performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues
- 9Drive adoption of Lean methodologies across administrative teams
- 10Implement quality assurance protocols for coding accuracy
- 11Coordinate with insurance providers to resolve claim denials promptly
Requirements11
- 15+ years experience as a Certified Medical Assistant in orthopedic settings
- 2BCBA certification preferred but not required
- 3Spark and Airflow proficiency demonstrated
- 45+ years managing EHR systems with Epic platform
- 53-5 seasons of clinical experience
- 6AWS certified cloud solutions knowledge
- 7Healthcare administration bachelor's degree optional
- 8Strong communication skills for interdisciplinary collaboration
- 9Ability to thrive in fast paced environment
- 10Commitment to continuous professional development
- 11Certification in Medical Assisting from AAMA recommended
