Full Time Administration Customer Service Representative

What You'll Do11
- 1Provide exceptional customer service handling policy changes and billing inquiries
- 2Support license sales agents by managing service requests
- 3Serve as liaison between management and sales agents
- 4Maintain accurate policy documentation and client records
- 5Identify cross-selling opportunities while meeting client needs
- 6Ensure agency procedures and compliance standards are followed
- 7Process customer policy change requests
- 8Secure all documents from customers
- 9Greet customers immediately upon entry
- 10Answer phone calls on first ring
- 11Return all messages promptly
Requirements5
- 1Active Property and Casualty Insurance license (Illinois preferred)
- 2Minimum one year insurance agency customer service experience
- 3Strong knowledge of personal lines insurance products
- 4Excellent communication and organizational skills
- 5Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment
Salary Insight
$37 - $44k per year
